Effective weight loss programs can be difficult to find and administer.  Too often, if the pounds come off, the weight is just regained.

At Lifespan Integrative Medicine, we help our patients not only lose weight effectively and safely, but then provide interventions to keep that weight off and elevate your health.

The core of the program is the use of GLP-1 agonists, including semaglutide and tirzepatide.  At the same time we do a full health assessment and guide you to a state of metabolic reset.

Hormone optimization involves balancing the levels of hormones in the body to help improve overall health and well-being.

Hormones are chemical messengers that regulate a variety of bodily functions, including metabolism, growth and development, and reproductive function. As we age, our hormone levels naturally decline, which can lead to a range of symptoms, including fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, and decreased libido.

Hormone optimization involves identifying hormone imbalances and prescribing medications or other therapies to restore balance.

Medical chelation therapy is a  treatment that involves the administration of chelating agents to remove heavy metals, such as lead, mercury, and arsenic, from the body.

Chelating agents are compounds that bind to heavy metals and form complexes that are then excreted from the body through the urine. Medical chelation therapy can be administered by IV or orally.

At Lifespan Integrative Medicine we offer all chelation modalities, allowing our patients to achieve effective and timely removal of toxic metals.
